Cascadas del Tué - Sustainable Developmentin Panamá

Tucked away in the hills, Cascadas del Tué is a sympathetically designed sustainable village development of some 32 hectares, where peace and tranquillity abound. Surrounded by undulating hills, this delightful community is being built on the banks of the Rio Tué, with its attractive waterfall and abundant wildlife.
From the road leading from Penonome to Churuquita Grande, the development is approached by taking a left turn over the Rio Zarati. The entrance from the metalled public road passes under a canopy of trees, from where it swings right onto an elevated plateau, with views of the distant hills, before plunging downwards and swinging left into the main body of the development, giving a feeling of comforting seclusion. At all times of year, even in the height of the dry season, the variety and intensity of colours remain an enduring pleasure.
The development is divided by the Rio Tué which for much of its length runs under a canopy of trees, giving welcome shade while at other times, deeper pools offer opportunities for a refreshing swim. In the future, a road bridge is due to be constructed providing access to the second 18 ha phase of the project which will provide for upwards of a further 50 individual dwellings.
All lots, whether largely flat or undulating, have sufficient suitable areas for building a substantial dwelling.
